In our workshops, we utilize our signature strategy as a reflective tool to regularly reiterate our plans. While the approach works as a standalone for increasing participation and a sense of belonging in events, whether in-person or online, it is usually paired with a desired learning outcome, such as learning a skill, playing games, or achieving business-related results, like increasing awareness and positive word of mouth, intended for marketing purposes.

Experiential conversational learning is at the core because we practice and reiterate our ruleset using the signature strategy, modeling the ABC for Big Win Social, collaboratively creating engagement rules to achieve our desired community outcomes. As an agile project manager, I frequently transition between roles, serving as a guide, a coach, a standard setter, and an expert. I also aim to create learning experiences that are personal and meaningful for the teams, which are well-attended within their context.
